Lynn: Lynn Hancock started practicing yoga in college, with only a book and Yoga Journal to guide her. With each stage in life, she found herself returning to yoga, feeling grounded and challenged after practicing. A tenacious, motivational and caring teacher, she connects to her students through purposeful sequencing. In addition to yoga, Lynn has been an avid runner for 5 years, competing in several half marathons. She's an AFAA certified personal trainer, 200 hour certified yoga teacher through Deborah Williamson's Midwest Power Yoga and overall wellness enthusiast. As she leads students or clients on their journey to wellness, they discover new frontiers, undiscovered abilities and fresh confidence.
